Yin Rest is a slow-paced style of yoga, with mainly floor based static or passive postures that are held for longer periods of time, to gain deeper stretch and cultivate mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.

This class improves your flexibility and brings about a deep sense of calm and relaxation.

Yin Rest is the perfect antidote to our fast paced life styles. This class is for people craving  some time in their day or week, where they can stop, relax and unwind themselves from their day to day lives.
