If you’re new to yoga — or simply wanting to feel more confident and steady in your practice — this course offers a supportive space to explore the foundations at your own pace.
Across three weekends, we gently build familiarity with:
breathing techniques
sun salutations
commonly practised postures
You’ll have time to ask questions, move in a way that feels right for your body, and develop confidence on your mat.
In our final session, we’ll also guide you through the different class styles available, helping you choose options that align with your energy, experience, and goals.
