Reiki Meditation & Intuitive Calligraphy (90 mins)
Join Miwa and Madoka for a session that blends the healing power of Reiki, the unique resonance of Japanese singing bowls, the grounding of guided meditation, and the expressive flow of intuitive Calligraphy.
What to Expect:
This experience blends healing and creativity to guide you on a deeply calming and restorative journey. The session begins with meditation, Japanese breathwork, and gentle movement to help you ground and relax. You will then be guided through chakra balancing using healing sound resonance, including voice activation and the soothing tones of Japanese singing bowls.
The experience continues with reiki and meditation, during which Miwa will offer reiki healing and channel a unique personal message for each guest. She will then create a personalised Japanese calligraphy artwork for you to take home as a meaningful keepsake. The journey concludes with a calming meditation mantra to leave you feeling centred, balanced, and restored.
Please note that this workshop includes laying down for an extended period. This should be factored in when booking.
About the Facilitators:
Miwa is an award-winning Japanese Calligraphy artist and Reiki Master with over 20 years' experience. Her Award-Winning Japanese Calligraphy style received top honors at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum in 2023 and 2025, and currently holds the rank of 7th dan, Master instructor of Japanese Calligraphy.
Madoka is a trained yoga teacher with a strong practice and deep understanding of the power of breathwork and spirituality that connects all things living. She has also been a pivotal part of the Unplugged community for many years.

What to bring:
We encourage all guests to bring a mat and a water bottle.
When to Arrive:
10.50am for an 11am start.
Alternatively, we will be extending our Slow Flow to 9.15am-10.30am (75 min class) on this day. It might be a nice option to couple this class with the workshop to truly tap into the best benefits from the offering.
