Inversions Workshop 1 - (2hrs)

A 2-hour inversions workshop led by Carla Raleigh over two weekends - 24th October & 14th November

Each workshop will focus on improving inversions with a special focus on Handstands.

In the first workshop, Carla covers inversion foundations and drills. In the second workshop, Carla will layer on some complexity.

Both classes are suitable for absolute beginners to intermediate students.

Tickets are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to scheduled event start time. Due to limited spacing for our workshops, Unplugged Yoga will not refund tickets for late cancellations and/or 'no shows'.
