Fluid Form is a 90 min practice led by Jess Oldfield.  

Explore flow, mobility work, drills and workshop style learning to help you delve into the deeper side of your practice. 

Expect a physically and mentally challenging sequence which will prepare you for more advanced postures and transitions. 

With consistent practice and a desire to better understand the innate intelligence of your own body, these classes will help you uncover your inner strength and empower you to try things you didn't know you were capable of.

This special class is for intermediate students who have a regular yoga practice.  While you don't need to be able to do arm balances or inversions you should know how to modify where appropriate.
