Gentle Somatic Yoga is a practice that integrates mindfulness, movement, and awareness to promote physical and emotional wellbeing. 

Somatic Strength is where presence meets power. You build strength by listening to your body — not overpowering it.

A typical class might include:

  • Bodyweight or resistance-based strength work focused on control over intensity
  • Slow, mindful movement to tune into the nervous system
  • Breath and core integration to stabilize from the centre
  • Grounded movement flows to explore joint mobility, balance, and alignment
  • A focus on how your body feels while moving, not just what it’s doing
