No experience? No problem.

Our one-on-one beginner yoga sessions are designed to help you:

  • Learn the basics of yoga in a calm, judgement-free space

  • Improve flexibility, posture and strength

  • Reduce stress and anxiety and feel more grounded

  • Ask questions and move at your pace
