Yin Rest is a slow-paced style of yoga, with mainly floor based static or passive postures that are held for longer periods of time, to gain deeper stretch and cultivate mindfulness, meditation and relaxation.

This class improves your flexibility and brings about a deep sense of calm and relaxation.

This class also incorporates the use of a softer facial release ball to massage into the facia.
