New to Pilates or curious to deepen your understanding? This Introduction to Pilates Workshop is a gentle and supportive entry into the fundamentals of Pilates. You’ll learn basic principles, key movements, breath awareness, and alignment cues to help you move with more confidence and control. Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting a strong foundation.

Phones: If possible, please leave your phone at home. If not, all phones must be switched off for the duration of the sound bath. We love sound, but ringtones and buzzing phones don't suit this experience.

Arrival: Due to the nature of this event, there will be no late arrivals. The doors will be locked once we have commenced. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to set up your space.

What to bring: A mat, a water bottle, and comfy clothes would be perfect. Essentially whatever you'd bring to yoga, you can bring to Pilates!
