 Elemental Yoga and Sound (2 Hours)

This special two-hour practice offers a gentle journey through the five elements of nature. Earth, water, fire, air and space. Through slow, mindful movement, breath and moments of quiet reflection, you will explore the qualities of each element and how they can support balance in the body and nervous system.

The practice is intentionally soft and nourishing. Expect grounding shapes, fluid movement, spacious breathing and time to simply rest. The final part of the session transitions into a deeply restorative sound healing where you can lie down, receive and allow the body to settle fully.

Held on Mother’s Day, this class is an invitation to slow down and receive care. You are welcome to come on your own for some quiet restoration or share the experience with someone you love. A mother, daughter, friend or anyone who would appreciate a gentle and supportive space.

No previous yoga or sound healing experience is needed. Just come as you are and allow the practice to meet you there.


The Details
Arrival: please arrive 15 minutes before the event to grabs your props and settle in
What to wear: any comfortable clothing that allows you to practice yoga in
What to bring: yoga mat (or we have some for hire in studio for $3), any comforts that make you feel cosy and comfortable (water bottle, eye pillow, socks etc.)
