Power Vinyasa is what happens when a workout, a reset and a confidence boost all happen in the same 75 minutes.

This is a strong, demanding practice designed to build full-body strength, stamina and control. You’ll move with your breath through dynamic sequences, hold poses for longer, work through challenging transitions and explore optional inversions.

Expect to sweat. Expect your muscles to work. Expect moments when staying focused becomes part of the challenge.

Unlike a standard gym session, you are not simply counting reps. You are learning to stay steady under pressure, breathe through discomfort and keep moving with purpose.

You might wobble. You might question whether you have another round in you. Then the class ends, and you realise you stayed with it.

You’ll walk out feeling stronger, sharper and more confident than when you arrived.

This is the class for anyone who wants to work hard, test their limits and leave knowing they have earned that post-class feeling.
