A monthly 90-minute, science-backed reset formulated to reduce accumulated tension, calm the overwhelm, clear your mind, and restore your energy.

Each session, you'll step into a powerful space designed to help you:

You’ll be guided through simple, evidence-based practices that are powerful beyond measure:

  • Acupressure and myofascial release

  • Meridian and fascia work

  • Somatic movement and vagus nerve activation

  • Relaxercises to flip the switch from stress to deep ease

  • A guided embodied healing meditation


These practices aren’t random or generic in any way. They're carefully selected and tested.


To enhance the sensory experience, the session includes live guitar, optional essential oils, and a relaxed tea gathering afterwards.

Cancellation Policy: 
You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled class time for a full refund. Due to the popularity of this class, strictly no credits or refunds will be processed thereafter. 


Please take a moment to read through our Workshop Etiquette to ensure you have the most enjoyable experience:

Phones: If possible, please leave your phone at home. If not, all phones must be switched off for the duration of the event. We love sound, but ringtones and buzzing phones don't suit this experience.

Arrival: Due to the nature of this event, there will be no late arrivals. The doors will be locked once we have commenced at 6pm sharp. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes earlier to set up your space.

What to bring: We have mats in studio, however, we recommend that you bring your own so you can get nice and cozy in your space. You're welcome to bring along anything else that makes you feel comfortable. A favourite blanket or pillow etc. Please wear comfy loose-fitting clothes.
