Join Kate Collins for 2x 2-hour inversion workshops over two weekends - Saturday 11th and 25th November.
Each workshop will focus on Headstands and Handstands.
In the first workshop, Kate covers inversion foundations and drills. In the second workshop, Kate will layer on some complexity.
Both classes are suitable for absolute beginners to intermediate students.

Tickets are fully refundable up to 24 hours prior to scheduled event start time. Due to limited spacing for our workshops, Unplugged Yoga will not refund tickets for late cancellations and/or 'no shows'.
