The perfect way to complete your Monday. A slow flow to Candlelight.

A slower-paced Vinyasa class combining a sequence of asana poses and meditation to explore the balance of energy in the body. Using the breath to guide the movement, expect stretching and strength building whilst taking some time to deep dive into poses to explore the sensations they create.

This class can be enjoyed by anyone wanting to explore the benefits of yoga, with some more challenging options for those who would like more.
